Hey Brother Productions LLC ("we," "us," or "our") produces the documentary film The Pardue Brothers and operates the website theparduebrothers.com (the "Site"). We respect your privacy, and this policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

DONATIONS

Contributions in support of the film are processed by our fiscal sponsor, Fractured Atlas, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, through its own platform. When you donate, your payment information is collected and handled by Fractured Atlas (and its payment processors) under their privacy policy — not by us. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES WE USE

We rely on trusted third parties to run the Site and our outreach. These providers may process your information on our behalf or under their own privacy policies, including:

• GoDaddy — website hosting, forms, and analytics;
• MailerLite — email list management and updates;
• Fractured Atlas — fiscal sponsorship and donation processing;
• Google — forms and, where used, maps;
• Vimeo — video hosting and playback;
• Instagram / Meta and Facebook — social media content and links.

Pages that embed Vimeo videos, an Instagram feed, Google forms or maps, or social links may allow those companies to collect information about your visit under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party service you interact with.

• With the service providers listed above, so they can perform services for us;

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

This project concerns real people, victims, and families connected to historical events. We handle personal accounts, memories, and materials shared with us with care and discretion, and we do not publish the identities of victims' next of kin or other private individuals without appropriate consent.

LINKS TO OTHER SITES

The Site may link to external websites, including Blazur Films LLC and social media pages, that we do not control. This policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
